DATA-READY partners presented two posters at the European Conference on Educational Research, ECER 2026, held in Tampere, Finland, from 18 to 21 August.
One poster explored the development and piloting of a higher-education course for future teachers. The second examined data literacy in Portugal through curriculum mapping and stakeholder perspectives.
Together, the contributions connected two central strands of the project: understanding how data literacy is reflected in education systems and preparing teachers to integrate it into their practice.
Participation in ECER brought DATA-READY’s emerging work to an international educational research audience, supporting further exchange on teacher preparation and data literacy in compulsory education.
