The STEAME TEACHER ACADEMY project held its first online project consortium meeting on 20 July 2023. Representatives from all partner organizations were present to plan and organize the project’s initial activities and tasks.
More specifically partners discussed about all aspects of the project to ensure final alignment on forthcoming activities. They were also presented with the management processes to be adapted and focused on Work Package 2 and Work Package 3 that need to be implemented in this first phase of the project. The Work Flow was revised and all partners agreed on the role and task allocation regarding the upcoming project activities. Additionally, partners discussed in more depth the competence framework which is the main ongoing work package task. Finally, they introduced the quality assurance approach and agreed upon its procedure and processes.
